Clients look to their family (63%) and friends (31%) first for recommendations of service or product before they go online to verify their recommendations. This 2010 study shows a whooping 81% of online research before clients make a final decision. This translates roughly four out of five will go online. Having an accessible website is also a product itself and it provides services or products to potential clients. Word of Mouth spreads quickly when the website meets or fails accessibility.
